Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Final sale items

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:
  • Contact our customer service at service@ibpearl.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide return instructions
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Ship the return to the address provided
Note: Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received
To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label for exchanges due to our error.
Custom items cannot be exchanged.

5. Processing Time

Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing after we receive your package. During peak seasons, processing may take longer.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at service@ibpearl.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
