Refund Policy

At Irregular Beauty Pearl (operated by Zonfly Trading LLC), we want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (final sale)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at service@ibpearl.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached (see Packaging Requirements below).
  4. Ship the return to our return address provided below.

Please note: Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Packaging Requirements

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these packaging guidelines:

  • Place the item in its original jewelry box or pouch with all original tags attached.
  • Wrap the jewelry box securely with bubble wrap or padding material to prevent damage during transit.
  • Place the wrapped item in a sturdy outer shipping box or padded mailer.
  • Include your return authorization number and order number inside the package.
  • Seal the package securely with packing tape.

Items that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Defective or incorrect items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, or damage during shipping), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.

Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received

To request an exchange, contact us at service@ibpearl.com within 30 days of delivery. For exchanges due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@ibpearl.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Processing Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for return processing after we receive your package. During peak seasons (November-January), processing may take slightly longer.
